When the new corporate structure is finalised a further 114 m shares and 114 m options (ex. price of $0.10) will be issued in addition to the 40 m shares and 40 m options under the prospectus.
This will see the fully diluted mkt cap. triple and the ev approximately double if the current sp is maintained.
Probably a few people on the sidelines until everything is settled.
