Not sure what was his purpose with that though.

In addition, no directors bought heads last year and let all their options expire without converting them. This was a clear sign for long time that a heavily discounted raise was on its way.

What made SIS scrape along the bottom in the past 5 years? It was always clear that the money they raised is just enough for their salaries. This time is no different. Just painful to watch that 1-year-old start-up raising $10M or more to grow while SIS only destroys SHs value year-by-year.

My big question regarding the volume: Anyone has any reason to buy on the market? Not talking about the pip traders?
