Really? We traded for 3 days above 0.8c prior to the deal announcement. It's very unusual for these types of deals to be nutted out at same price or premium to current SP. A 15-30% discount to 30 day VWAP is most common. Deal was done basically at what SP sat at for last 1-3 months with lots of time spent at 0.7c and even some time at 0.6c. I really don't think we can complain about price this was done at, unless we just like to complain.
