Capital raise offered to holders took up $2.5m when they were trying to raise $10m. Understandable, though due to poor management. Perhaps this last raise wouldn’t have been necessary if the last raise was fully subscribed. Anyway they managed to get $10m all be it at a discount to market- but that’s the way it goes. Cup half full or empty scenario
