Management think they are underpaid and there was vote to reward themselves handsomely for mediocre performance.

The management team and major shareholders have most power in any vote taking place in an AGM. The issue of the options being offered under the latest CR will be approved from the power side of company ownership.

People have to make the choice of riding out the storm created by past misinformation by management and others. The issue of Prairie as a purchase drained most funds and when it occurred many could see the writing on the wall for many CR's the company needs to continue operating.

Paul stands to receive a 100 million performance shares in the future if targets are achieved and he also pulled out $3.6 million from his share sale last year. He is sitting pretty with his decision to sell a big chunk of his holding and we can continue to see a dim outlook without action by BLM/management.
