Or . . . options priced so that they get cashed in reasonably quickly and provide another cash-boost without need to CR. If they hit their marks on the year's plans, it'll be a nasty surprise if they don't make 1.5+ over the next 12 months. First time they've had a plan(timetable) laid out and the means to make it happen.
