That is true, any time Tankweld spends on PWN development projects(except QGC?) ain't likely to be charged to a customer. Given that PWN is still outfitting the Brine Research Thingy, I don't think Tankweld will be be doing much in-house stuff until they're ready to throw together modular units to tryout on site.
More news would be nice, but worth remembering that all the possibles and potentials and could-be partnerships and enthusiastic Q&As and overseas gigs and waste-stream testing and transformational events that were mentioned the last few years haven't amounted to any new-tech customers beyond QGC, who were there at the start before it all got going(slowly). I like where they're at, the timetable is great if it works, but definitely in believe-it-when-see-it mode. AMD and battery precursor both in the plan, but no idea if they're anywhere near signed-up customer interest.
