For all your clever 'positive spin' here Possum, until/if they do give approvals, the situation is still NOT.
Exotix can go ahead doing whatever they do forever but it will be local investors who decide the outcome of that raising...NOT Exotix...How much do you think they can raise these Bonds for with SP @ 2c?...VRC has got themselves into a bit of a 'pickle' here imo....and all of their own mis-doing....NOT the Regulators...
