Ann: Placement raises A$2 million, page-14

As we expected, a small cap raise to keep things chugging along until we achieve the next few milestones.
Dilution is minimal which is what shareholders were wanting to see.
The company is now in a better financial situation which is obviously important for their future prospects.
Not too sure why one would sell stock down to 2.5c on the back of this news.
The number one priority for any small company is to have the finances to carry on it's journey . Without that it's a dead duck in the water.
But each to his own I suppose. The market does what the market does.
I for one am happy to see the company with an extra 2 million in their bank account.
