Quite recently posted here a Co (gold?) quit and put lease on market...new Regs too hard l think...
Do you think investors are flocking to, or from VRC atm lkazo?...vol and plummeting SP suggests they are...
Not a good look when trying to entice local institutions into Bonds imo...if they renege this Co is catus imo....
If only Environmental and Prospectus submissions were submitted 'on time'....the Environmental Impact may have alread been approved and had ML already higher up the list for approval also  may have have kept buoyant enough to CR at 3 or 4c if needed...Prospectus Approval whether pending ML or not would have put legs under this SP, or even have had the cash in the bank now if it was submitted in the timeframe Announced by the Co....
However, a late Environmental submission....and inexplicably, nearly 4 months to submit a draft Prospectus has put this Co in dire straits from 'all angles' of survival now imo....this management has let investors down severely imo...investors need to demand answers why they were so slow meeting crucial submission timelines....
