With Tanzanian approval process appearing to be lengthy and difficult it was sensible to raise monies at this juncture. If they didn't and the process drags on slowing down the large capital raising then we would have been in trouble. Obviously it will impact the SP short term but if all goes well we could well be in double digits by years end.
