With all due respect W85, P is a trading downramper, he posts simply to influence selling so he and and minions can buy prior to good news, if your saw his posts in December after the last cap raise you would know this.
But I’m not sure why this interests you, for me it’s time to catch a wave untill the lawyers stop swapping notes on paper.
