    One final perspective:

Tanzania's government has introduced new mining laws, and effectively a 16% tax on the mining companies, which the mining companies are willing to comply with. The government is seeking to dramatically increase its income from mining, which is fair enough.

So, as long as VRC complies with all the regulations, the villagers are happy to move, the environmental impact study is positive etc. .... then why on earth would the cash strapped Tanzanian government not approve the mining of the largest Graphite deposit in its country??? It would earning 16% of what is projected to be a high income mining operation!! And the government would be earning all of this money for at least 22 years!!!

It would make absolutely no sense for the Tanzanian government to reject the mining licence, unless VRC contravened one of the conditions in the licence!

So again, my opinion is that VRC will be granted a mining licence!

Once that is in place, my opinion is that VRC and Exotix will raise the $40m for Stage 1 of mining, and that the DFS will be positive.

So then it’s all systems go! And watch the sp take off!
