Nothing is really going to happen until VRC's mining licence is approved and who knows when that will be as it's the Tanzanian government's decision to make. No licence, no mine, no graphite. I would also think not having the licence to mine would be a downer for the bond issue and maybe the reason for the long delay in getting it moving. Once the licence is approved it should be full steam ahead.
