Well, this is superficially great news for current holders, major shareholders prepared to support the company, but it comes with a cost, large scale dilution to existing holders, i would not have thought too many smaller shareholders will want to tip in up to 30k to participate, but hopefully for existing holders it will enable to company to get back on the boards, and those that want to can exit their holdings.
