ASX might be a sticking point - I think Oliver's will need a better plan than '$5.0M in cash' for the suspension to be lifted. I'm more than a bit suspicious of "The current trading suspension by the ASX came as the Group was finalising the above arrangements" - Methinks this statement is aimed at the ASX as a 'please, please, please lift the suspension so we can sell these new shares'.

store close and lay offs ? bit of unfounded speculation there. [more than a bit] i would think the stake holders have done their home work and are not likely to shut down the network. the half yearly is old news with the impact of COVIT the latest trading must be more positive i would think . let TAMMIE do her magic
