IMO the company will only be able to manage a small number of development projects successfully.
Better strategy is to focus on no more than a few projects with active development. Otherwise we will find that there will be massive dilution from using shareholder funds to try and develop too many projects too quickly.
Once a cashcow project has been developed that will provide sustainable cashflow, the other projects can be more actively pursued. Payback periods for the initial projects also need to be consider.
