Doesn't sound like it will be in the quarterly then but can't be far away inking a deal. Unfortunately all the rate rises and increased uncertainties come into picture as well.
Having said that j truly believe the WBP project is a no brainer AISC $1150 odd vs $1750 odd, lot of margin there.
