Improved but still not good, I still think they will drop the options on the underwriting agreement.
As this went to international investors it has clearly gone to existing overseas holders who would have voted against the transaction because they were excluded. Also with the changed rights ratio they will raise less than the initial 10 million in the rights issue.
I had always thought of UBI as a long-term investment this decision and the way it has been handled has changed that, it is now in the "trade it" bucket.
