what a shame!This round of capital raise indicates that this management team has few sense about market and their interests are largely misaligned. I will vote no however much the chairman would pump his money in, it can’t cover up the fact that the price is set at 0.06. They should know the embarrassment because they didn’t throw out the discount calculation.And thumb down to the management team.
