The problem is that there was only a million trade today - not a lot in the context of the $3 million that has been raised and the 65 odd million to be issued.
You make the comment that ZEO has been recapitalised, as I've said before I don't think that's nearly enough money. The company who just raised capital always make it sound like it's going to last for a lot longer than is realistic but the overriding point I believe is here that $3 million is not a sum of money that's commensurate with a market cap in the vicinity of $100 million.
You laugh at WC saying he was offered stock well so was I as I stated the other day when I received the term sheet. The easiest thing to do here is let evolution show us their abilities, the proof will be in the pudding.
In saying that if one was thinking of selling then I'd be doing it pretty quickly, I wouldn't be waiting for the stock to be issued, well going by my experience with them I wouldn't be confident of the selling not starting before the stock is issued but that's all in my opinion.
