Not sure about CITIC but ArcelorMittal and Posco bought shares from him in MacArthur.

Geoff Wedlock who is a director of SDL was appointed Executive Chairman of Jupiter Mines yesterday so joins Ken Talbot on the board and Jupiter's are in a partnership with Pallinghurst Resources who are part of the Pallinghurst Group who have interests in SDL with others with deep pockets from MMX Brazil and AMCI.Not AMCI Australia who were bought out by VALE but AMCI the parent company who sold the Australian arm to VALE.
