April 3rd 2008 (Talbot Equities)Not Talbot Group held just over 4% in 2nd place on top 20 holders.
Ken sold some shares to Red Rock in 2007.Red Rock are from the UK.
LSG Resources are on top of holders at present then Pallinghurst and Red Rock 2nd & 3rd.Ken has sold to Red Rock.
Lion Selection Group are LSG.
Pallinghurst in concert with Red Rock Resources and Regency Mines has a relevant interest in 16.7 per cent of the explorer.Pllinghurst is headed by ex BHP boss Brian Gilbertson.

Pallinghurst is backed by the private US coal group AMCI,the South African investment bank Investec,the private equity fund NGP Midstream and Resources and the Korean steelmaker POSCO.

These are some of the group that I have posted on since early 2008 if not before as the contacts SDL has with deep pockets,especially Pallinghurst - AMCI - MMX Brazil Coal & Iron Ore miner with a (lot of Itabirite) - Blackstone Group - Quintana Maritime Limited.Hanse Mendes is behind three of these companies.

API who are 50/50 with Aquila Resources in Iron Ore & Coal are part of the AMCI Group.
