Another poor effort really. It has been obvious for a while now that they needed more money. If they had acted when it first became evident they may have been able to raise a lot more and for a SP closer to 5c. Cannot imagine too many retail investors willing to pitch in another $15K. As it is the market price is already down to 3c so it may be cheaper soon to but on market (if you wanted).
