This is exactly what people need to think about. 100 shareholders (out of 2000) applying for the full $15,000 is $1.5M. There really is not much to go around!
I would think that more than 5% will apply. For scaling back they could preference longer shareholders or shareholders who haven't sold anything (I don't know if there are actually laws regarding this but I remember a company doing something like this - please correct me if I'm wrong) or even first in best dressed
It's only a week long placement period so whatever happens is going to happen fast. Very risky strategy to sell here and attempt to buy back lower in the placement IMO
