As long as the binding offtake agreements get signed with Big Pawer and Fengyuan this year (latest Q1 2021) I don't have a problem with the overall outlook as a shareholder and that a production decision will take an extra 3 months for the first circuit of GVP or Yarrabubba.

Otherwise Yarrabubba looks like a side step to the main project for now.

I would equally support a separate plant for Yarrabubba. So the GVP 13,000 tonne a year is not limited by the Yarrabubba feed in the early years of production.
