Expected CR to be at a lower level - so 3c whilst not good, it's not as bad as could have been. With many other stocks as soon as trading resumes after a CR is announced, the sp often meets the CR level. The fact that so far that hasn't happened is good.

However, those seeking quick returns may likely flip as soon as possible - not everyone cares about what happens with the company or it's prospects but many take the opportunity to make a quick buck. Whether the sp retreats or not for any length of time is hard to know. Given drastic falls in sp from much higher levels, 3-4 or even 5c is nothing to rave about for many who bought in from way back.
