I don't think that if you hold more shares you get a bigger allocation in a SPP .
They are not a proportional type raising .Even if you hold a small parcel you can apply for $30000.
In my experience if they have over subscription they cut back all subscriptions in the same proportion .
So if they get subscriptions for $2 million and they want the SPP to raise $1 million those that subscribed for 30k get 15k and those that subscribed for 5k get 2.5k .
That said these raises always have a clause that says that how the allocations are done is at the complete discretion of the directors , no argument .

There is often a period after a capital raise when the SP falls back near or even under the raise price , that occurs very often but certainly not always .
