4.3 (b) It is presently intended that a maximum of 33,333,333 Shares will be issued pursuant to the Offer, which would raise a maximum of approximately $1,000,000 before costs.
If required, applications will be scaled back having regard to the date on which the application was accepted.
The Board presently intends that the Offer will close after the maximum amount has been raised.
