I wish it was a rights issue. That way the company could get the cash they need to cover any short term shortfall (if that were the reason for the CR) and all us holders could keep our same percentage ownership. Afterall how easy would it be for the company to raise a mere 900k at 15 cents from holders? And build trust among the shareholder base as well.
