I think the appointment of Alexander McCulloch as Executive Director - Development is a sign that the present Directors do have a succession plan to take the company forward into the next decade and beyond. Lets face it, the current directors, with respect, are no spring chickens and cannot be expected to maintain their current hands on approach in the field forever, but can still guide development from the board room. They deserve a comfortable retirement. I would not be surprised to see another executive appointment in the near future as further expression of their succession planning. What a set-up for new appointments - operational mine and processing plant, heaps of prospective ground, cash in the bank and the best mentors available. Beacon Minerals has a great and prosperous future, I believe, if I am reading this correctly.
