    I’m thinking along the lines of this possibly being a turning point. To gather that much interest without opening to shareholders could have some positives. What convinced investors to buy at a slightly discounted rate? Especially given the SP decline over the last 12 months. On the flip side could turn out to be a pump and dump, who knows?
