I'm hoping this is because something will transpire, and they are getting it ready to sell, maybe basic terms are shared, but it seems futile if nothing is signed or concrete. I hope they are not acting in good faith, working with the prospective buyer without anything formal being arranged. I think this may be the case given the expenditure on the site to date and limited mining... ill speak with PR shortly via email to see what he has to say, if anything... as it has been awful to date, and the idea of it being cash positive is a genuine lie the last yr.
