Guess it depends on how much we could get it for now if we sold it and what value is realistic under the one you propose above….bird in the hand is two in the bush type thing for me…
Will never know as we are behind the wall of commerciality. Whatever it is, I just want some urgency with WD and Mt Morgan so the market gets clarity.
