This is a very good raise, IMO
Small raise to cover forthcoming drilling, following up some good drilling results of late.
Driller convinced enough to take stock AND an escrow period.
Reduced the commission on the pound of flesh that gets paid to the vultures.
Kudos to management for the sufficient raise to get the SP up for he next leg.
