    Since 2017 reforms to Tanzanian mining laws have dramatically altered the country's investment climate including removing the right to international arbitration in future settlements. Prima facie with Ex President John Magufuli spearheading these reforms it would be naive to think they will simply hand Indiana $95M USD.

    Over a dozen countries are currently in disputes with Tanzania. The risk v reward here is high.
