from Neil's interview it sounds like they haven't even formulated a forward plan and this funds are just contingency. who knows if its even enough.
I find it odd they couldnt come up with a plan and then drum up institutional support on better terms (No options).
the 36c raise was genius, this is meh.
anyway its done now, looking forward to them processing the data and laying out the plan.
