I mean c'mon- if you're invested in EXR I'd assume you believe in management and their abilities to create asset value.
In my view- that's what Neil and the team are doing- it's not yet reflected in the share price.
I believe it will be, and will continue to cheer- LOUDLY for management because I have an inkling of what it takes to create value out of absolutely nothing, from an absolute cold start. I did it with my own business and I see traits and work ethic in Neil that I admire.

AND - further, I'll continue to buy more EXR shares.

Why the heck would you not be a cheerleader for Neil- if you're a shareholder
aren't you backing him via purchasing EXR shares?
why wouldn't you cheer for a guy trying to create wealth for you?
