I originally had looked at EXR as less than a - Billion shares.

I liked that - , in the event of a Takeover roughly (in my mind) each Billion Dollars offered would equate to $1 per share.--
With the Performance shares for Directors -- the recently completed SPP and Options issued-- and Now a Credit Raise of 100million shares (including options)---- I now have to use an adjusted figure of 80 cents a share - for each Billion dollars offered.

The Upside is -- we now have three separate projects --all with a chance of success -
And depending on the level of success - Each with a potential of Multi Billion Dollar Take Over Offers

I can live with that--
