Why? As far as I can tell the only things that are known are: - They just raised $580k, which won't go very far, sure won't cover much drilling - They maxed out their placement capability between the last CR and this one. Further dilution will have to go to shareholder approval - There is no hard data on these prospects as LOTM says above - nothing, just some sampling and enthusiasm - 115M shares will hit the market some time this week...that's a lot of head-wind, especially if trading above .5c
Not saying this won't be a ripping success at some point, but caution is required IMO. I'm going to wait until the overhang is flushed out and there's more information about their intentions. I don't see why people like LOTM should change their record, seems quite reasonable to me.
