I don't really understand the implications of this. This increases the number of shares by near a third, taking us close to 1 billion shares - a fairly massive dilution. Is this a worry? Though this is offset by new shareholders (sophisticateds & professionals & institutions) willing to buy in at this time and price PLUS now being able to continue/extend drilling etc - which is the critically important thing? So I'm guessing that overall a good thing, a very good thing?

the sophisticated investors will annihilate this when when try to get their money back next week. too many shares for the market capitalisation
