If you read the early start announcement the figure with the updated project schedule shows that they expect/are planning on finance to be finalised around two months from early start trigger so I'd expect it to be all finalised before the end of financial year, announce around early July, who knows what happens between then and now, with Mike's tweets keeping investors informed and attracting new investors hard to say where the price will be IMO.
