I get the theory - but what’s a bigger risk to company value?

a small amount of dilution to get started and fast track project or sitting around for another three months and not being able to order plant etc as waiting for funding confirmation.

dont think taking a small bit of equity means it’s mi the away.. but in saying that these deals can be days away for months - always another hurdle to get over

i think the raise sends a strong msg - we are going to be mining - get on board financiers or potentially miss out!
