    don´t you read the announcements?

    I am not talking about breaching a payment window - WKT does!

    I am not setting a timline (before Mid July) - WKT does!


    As I said before: Page 4 "Early Start Program..."

    So please don´t blame me (lol)

    Regarding Funds: Of course they had some money in the bank, but RAP settlement plus early program spending would leave the company cashless without the Placement
