Point taken MFC but I don't agree with the sentiment. Its not as if they were desperate to avoid breaching the timeline or avoid breaking the bank. Funding could have been achieved several times already. Mgmt have done a great job in not accepting the first fish to jump in the boat. A quality project deserves a quality funding deal and completing the RAP payments early and getting an early start underway allows more leverage.
