    Looks like the directors do quite well only subscribed to $120k ( just a few months pay ) + one of the directors company is managing the placement for another fee ( I see no mention of this - isn’t this a related party ?? )…… all to keep doing what they have been doing for the last 3 years

    this must be a hard sell to new investors and an impossible sell to existing

    it will be interesting what happens
