Management historically are very conscious of shareholder dilution, raise only minimum required with exploration costs being cents to the tonne. Also, if you look at the previous Director disclosures, Andrew has a lot of skin in the game, with over $400k invested of his own money. Few fundamentals that I look for when investing.
