The point is it was a 45% discount to the Price it traded at that day.
It does no one any favours to announce a raise at a discount,
The day of a Run.
It destroys the run....

If they had have waited a bit,
it would have been better for shareholders IMO.

Anyhow IPO was 20 cents and it has spent a lot of time under that,
So the point is it is a tough market at the moment,
And IPO's and Placements are often dropping below issue price.

Especially if news is a month or more away....

And you are right it was only trading at 7.5 to 8.5cents before the 1 day run,
That they ended with the raise at a discount.

Plenty of time to hurry up and wait....LOL....
