    Initially the current amount of shares on offer is what made this look appealing to me but reading the past Ann’s now, it seems there was a consolidation done previously. Might have to do a little more reading on how things were leading up to it because typically consolidations don’t occur unless there’s been numerous failures prior, IMO.
