Yes, the sale of IDSB could be worth more than this—if they manage to sell it. But the bigger question is: what happens to that money once they have it? Right now, they don’t have a viable business to invest it into. If they continue burning over $2 million a quarter on their current operations, the proceeds from IDSB might give them another 12 months of runway at best—then what?
As for iSentric, just take a look at the revenue trends and associated costs. Income has been steadily dropping each quarter to the point where it barely moves the needle. And whatever small amount is generated seems to get swallowed up entirely by operating expenses.
And with the above, then you have to consider where is the projected $18M going to come from to get BNPL up and running - and then where are the funds going to come from for the following two years before (or if) it becomes profitable.
IMO this stock is one for a short term gamble only. Low SP, one good bit of news and it might bump a bit and you could double your money (or more), but as far as a long term business goes, I can not see any way this is viable. People talking about a long term business case are kidding themselves. Those talking of a very short term investment to possibly make money, may have a chance - but be prepared to lose it. I think there are better odds on the blackjack table.
